Mathew Alton is a Research Analyst within the User Experience Strategies (UXS) service. Having joined Strategy Analytics in 2013, his research involves the development of actionable insights to improve the user experience of technology products including mobile devices, wearables, intelligent home solutions, and nascent technologies such as Virtual Reality systems.

Mathew conducts ethnographic interviews, facilitates usability studies and focus groups, supports quantitative data analysis and develops software prototypes and technical protocols.

Mathew has a strong background in IT and has many years of hands-on networking experience. He holds a first class BSc (Hons) degree in Network Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
